Great ski ski out condo
Had a great stay. We will see you next year for a longer visit. Thanks
Above all, the responsiveness of the host was fantastic. I had a few pre-booking questions and they were all answered well within an hour. Once we checked in, we also received a phone call (from a real human!) asking if there was something we needed or anything that could be improved. This was this far the only company that did this - awesome!
The place was exactly as described; it is a 3 minute walk to PayDay lift. It is “quaint” - perfect for two individuals. The kitchen is small but has enough room to prepare meals. The shower was fantastic, and there is a washer and drier in a closet. This was what made us book this property over others. The view is beautiful, of the north east mountains.
The cons: the unit is the first unit off of the main entry way. This is generally not an issue; the hallway is key-lock secured. Our issues were outside of the management company’s control - individuals having fun on the metal stairs at 0200.
We would absolutely come back!
This stay was a gem! Although not the newest furnishings or the nicest of amenities, the location was what stood out the most!
There is NOTHING that beats getting your butt kicked skiing all day than to just walk back into your apartment, no waiting, no shuttles, etc. The parking was also a HUGE bonus. Because it is downstairs in a lower level, there was never the need to clean the car off while it snowed 2 feet in the span of 2 days!
The pool and hot tub is also a great bonus, soaking after skiing is also a huge plus.
I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great location as well as great amenities for a ski trip!
This Studio Condo w/ Murphy bed and gas fireplace was as depicted in pictures. There is no way to ski to this property therefore it is not a "true" Ski-In Ski-Out. There is a 5 minute walk to the Resort Center Base. Closest ski lift is Payday. Following apres-ski the Resort Center has very few eating options (at least on a Monday in February). A 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Main St., Park City will offer more restaurant/bar options. The directions to the parking garage level P4 were a bit tricky. Fyi, to gain entry to the common areas requires remembering 12 punches on a key pad. There is a nice indoor/outdoor pool with 2 hot tubs (one inside, one outside). Fitness room is adjacent to the pool area. 1 level below the pool is a changing area with showers, dry sauna and steam sauna (inoperative). Communication w/ Lespri Mgmt was prompt and very accommodating.
Definitely pricey, but the ease of walking right to the mountain was so nice, especially as I didn’t have a car. Close walk to downtown main street (15-20 min) and easy. Would stay again if price was lower!
