PERSONAL INFORMATION, DEPOSIT, PAYMENT

*Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation will be processed by Club Lespri, who will carry out your reservation and take payment in accordance with the policies set out below. *Your credit card statement will show the charges coming from Club Lespri, LC.

 

DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation, and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival during regular season and 30 days prior to arrival during peak/holiday season (see dates below).
Full payment of any activities (ski lift tickets, golf, massages, etc.) is due at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy - Standard

Standard ( August 1 – December 19, 2020; January 3 – 27, 2021; February 3 - 10 2021; February 17 - December 19, 2021)
**Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events.
For a full refund the guest must cancel within 48 hours of making the reservation and at least 14 full days prior to check-in date. A 10% administrative fee of the nightly rate will be applied for qualifying cancelations.
For a 50% refund, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in date, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

 

Cancellation Policy - Peak/Holiday Season

Peak Season (December 20 - January 2 2021; January 28 - February 2 2021; February 11 – 16, 2021)

For a 50% refund, the guest must cancel 30 full days before check in date, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

 

COVID-19 Exception

If due to a ski resort closure (winter only), providence/state travel ban or border closure affecting your reserved travel dates we will provide a 1-year monetary credit (from the time of your original departure date) good for a future stay in any of our properties. Guest will need to call Lespri Park City directly at 1-800-645-4762 to redeem credit and schedule a new reservation. New reservations will be subject to availability, nightly rate and minimum length of stay requirements. Please note no credit extensions or refunds of unused credit will be issued.

 

CHECK OUT

If not checked out by 10:00 A.M. , you may be charged up to $100. If not checked out by 4:00 P.M., you may be charged up to 1/2 of one nights lodging. After 4:00 P.M., you will be charged 1 full nights lodging.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

*A one-time cleaning fee applies to all reservations and will be collected at time of check-in. Daily housekeeping services are not included in any stay but may be added at an additional cost. Please contact the front desk to inquire about housekeeping costs and to request housekeeping services. We do require a minimum of 24 hour notice for all housekeeping services. 

  

AMENITIES

Club Lespri is a full service Boutique Inn and Spa located in Park City, Utah just minutes from historic Main Street. Guests of Lespri and Resort Property Management have access to the tranquility of the Rain Spa and our fine dining establishment, Lespri Prime Steak Sushi Bar. You may wish to call the Lespri front desk in advance of your stay to schedule Spa treatments and dinner reservations. Lespri also offers full concierge services to ensure your stay in Park City is as relaxing and hassle free as possible. The Front Desk is staffed 8am to 10pm Tuesday through Sunday and 8am to 7pm on Monday. Guests arriving or departing outside these hours must contact the front desk at 435-645-9696 for afterhours check in/out instructions.

 

RENTAL AGE RESTRICTIONS

Lespri Resorts requires that the responsible guest of the reservation be a minimum of 25 years or older and be present for the entire stay. This guest is required to provide the following upon check-in: a valid ID as proof of identification; a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in; sign a registration card for the condo rented.

 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

Each residence can accommodate a specified number of guests. Upon reservation it is mandatory to give the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit. Guests should notified Lespri of any increase in the size of their party. Upon arrival you should fill the registration card with the names and ages of each member in your party. Lespri reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guests not respecting this policy. Each unit has a maximum occupancy that is not to be exceeded. If a number of people staying in the unit exceeds the maximum occupancy, the credit card on file will be charged an additional $25/day for each person beyond the maximum occupancy.

 

SMOKING

All units are non-smoking. Smoking penalty is $1,000.00. The fine will be charged to the credit card we have on file for your reservation.

 

ROOM KEYS

Return keys upon departure:
• Keys must be deposited at the front desk upon check-out. A charge of $75 per set of keys will be applied for any lost or stolen keys (including plastic keys).

 

SPECIFIC PROPERTIES

Please note that all Property Requests are Requests Only and specific units are not guaranteed. In the event of a necessary, unforseen move, Lespri reserves the right to provide alternate accomodations of equal or upgraded value.

 

PEACE OF MIND (POM)

Your reservation includes a charge to provide up to $500 in coverage for accidental damage to the unit or
its contents during your stay through the Peace of Mind program. You do not need to take any further
steps for this coverage to be in effect. Damage that exceeds $500 in cost or is related to carelessness,
vandalism, intentional misuse of the property, or illegal activities is not covered by the Peace of Mind
program. Such costs will be your responsibility

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend you take private travel insurance in case of sickness before your stay. The cancellation policy, change of date's policy, and modification policy apply to all reasons for cancellation. This includes cancellations due to reasons of sickness, accidents or death.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you authorize Club Lespri and/or Lespri Resorts to charge your credit card for any damages or theft that occur during your stay, for long-distance phone charges and housekeeping or house manager services incurred during your stay and for any applicable charges as outlined above.
