Property check in and check out was perfect. The property location was really convenient, but the interior was dated and a bit run down. We recommend having the property manager visit properties more frequently, in order to catch such things, and relay those back to the owners to keep units fresh and new. Overall, we were satisfied with the rental.
We had a great trip. The location of the condo was awesome. We had some internet problems, but the property manager promptly sent out an IT person to fix the issue.
Very nice unit. A bit hard to control the temperature which was either too toasty or too cold. Great location! The code to the door leading from A-21 Powder Run outside was not given, so they could have given that. The code to the garage door was correct, but to the garage side door for walking was wrong. Thanks!
While it was a bit tricky to find where to check-in (signage is limited), the process was quick and staff was very helpful with maps, etc. One thing I would have like to see was a package of information for first-time guests. We didn't use many amenities due to the fact that our reservation confirmation was not emailed to us until I called the day we left for Utah. The location of the property was perfect for attending the outdoor Idina Menzel concert. When we arrived all the lights were on and two TVs. The heat this generated was tremendous and there were no fans to push it out. Perhaps this practice shouldn't be used in the summer.Having a fan would also help move cool air into the bedrooms with limited windows. As for cleanliness, there were dishes left in the dishwasher and white specks in the hot tub (made a mess of our swimsuits). The stereo didn't play CDs but we enjoyed the board games. Overall, armed with a bit of foreknowledge, we will definitely try to stay again next summer.
