All processes of the reservation were prompt, efficient and helpful. I received plenty of confirmation and reminder emails to prep for the vacation. Lots of information was shared about other activities and amenities. Check in was easy. We did have trouble with the unit, in that the water filter was missing from the refrigerator, therefore, we did not have filtered water or ice. The person designated to help with our property brought us 2 bags of ice, however, we never got the filter so we could use the filtered water. Tap water worked just fine. Also, we did have a problem with the property. I felt the pictures were misleading in regards to the hot tub. The property lists hot tub as an amenity, which it has, however, it shows a picture of the outside back patio, in which you can see a hot tub, but it turns out that is the neighbor's hot tub. The hot tub with the unit was on the 2nd floor balcony off the master, in an enclosed space, rather tight and no visibility toward the mountain. Also, it is a 4 person hot tub, when the places rents for 6. We were sadly disappointed in that feature and I would ask for a different property in the future that could accommodate our group of 6 adults in an outside hot tub. Thanks so much. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. Tristin
The second floor front bedroom is very bright all night, because of the uncovered window above the regular windows and the bright lights outside on the walkway. The hot tub is difficult to use because of the small space and the cover that has to be removed. Could have used more than one little bar of soap in the bathrooms. Otherwise, the place is great and comfortable.
