Our Plan:

100% of Rental Revenue is Distributed to the Owners:

- All revenue received for rentals by the management company is distributed to the Homeowner; checks are mailed by the 15th of each month following the close of the previous month activity. And
- All guest deposits are kept secure in a separate trust account ensuring payout to owners. We take our fiduciary responsibilities seriously.

Owners in our nightly rental program and their nightly rental guests become members of Park City's finest private club: Club Lespri, a full service, amenity rich Social Club (www.clublespri.com)

- Member Suites - access to our luxury suites.
- Rain Spa - "Naturopathic" spa in a meditative environment
- Lespri Fitness - full service fitness facility
- Cellar's Prime Steak & Spirits - fine dining
- The Grotto - seasonal outdoor dining
- The Board Room - meetings or private functions

Owner Direct Bookings Welcome:

- We offer a flexible rental plan that not only allows but encourages VRBO (Vacation Rental By Owner) bookings.
- We believe owners should retain the right to maximize their property bookings and overall financial goals. VRBO style bookings are a great way to supplement our marketing efforts.

8am-12am, Year Round Check-In and Guest Services Desk:

- This service is available to Club Lespri property owners and all guests. Check-in at Club Lespri.

Maximum Marketing Exposure Leads to Phenomenal Occupancy:

- Wholesale contracts with targeted national and international tour operators throughout North America, South America and Europe.
- Promotion through North American Travel Agencies.
- Exposure through Lespri's network of sister communities.

Let us Manage the Details:

- Accounting - we will handle the details of your accounting including revenue statements, monthly expenses, all upcoming bookings and collection of rents derived from Club Lespri bookings; all information available online.
- Club Lespri's Resident House Manager Program - We will organize and facilitate the housekeeping, maintenance and security of your property by assigning owners a personal house manager. All owner charges must be pre-approved and billed to a quarter hour.

Property Owner Service Fees:

- $6,000 annual fee - monthly or in advance.
- Responsible for guest departure clean.
- Responsible for approved House Manager charges.
