PERSONAL INFORMATION, DEPOSIT, PAYMENT
*Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation will be processed by Club Lespri, who will carry out your reservation and take payment in accordance with the policies set out below.
*Your credit card statement will show the charges coming from Club Lespri, LC.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests will forfeit two night's lodging on cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival (**60 days for holiday time periods). Guests will forfeit the entire prepayment if cancellation occurs less than 44 days prior to arrival (** 59 days for holiday time periods). There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

CHECK OUT
If not checked out by 10:00 A.M. , you may be charged up to $100. If not checked out by 4:00 P.M., you may be charged up to 1/2 of one nights lodging. After 4:00 P.M., you will be charged 1 full nights lodging.

HOUSEKEEPING
With the exception of a full clean on departure, housekeeping services are not included in any stay, but may be purchased at check in. Please make your housekeeping arrangements by speaking with the front desk staff upon arrival or by calling ahead.

CLUB LESPRI TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP
Club Lespri is a world class Boutique Inn, Dining, Wellness and Recreational facility located in the renowned Olympic destination of Park City, Utah: featuring an exclusive, private club. As a rental guest, you will be provided a Temporary Membership at check in. This membership will provide you access to the Club Lespri amenities for the duration of your stay in Park City. The Club then becomes your Park City community.

AMENITIES
Amenities at Club Lespri include 7 luxurious Member Suites, meetings or private functions in the richly appointed surroundings of the Board Room, our Rain Spa featuring "Naturopathica" products, a fully equipped fitness and training facility, and Park City's finest dining experience in Cellars Prime Steak & Spirits restaurant. To learn more about the amenities or membership at Club Lespri in advance of your stay, please visit us on the web. You may also wish to call the Club in advance of your stay to schedule spa and training appointments or dinner reservations. The Front Desk is staffed 8am to 10pm, 7 days/week. Guest arriving or departing outside these hours must contact the front desk on 435-645-9696 for after hours check in/out instructions.

RENTAL AGE RESTRICTIONS
Lespri Resorts requires that the responsible guest of the reservation be a minimum of 18 years or older and be present for the entire stay. This guest is required to provide the following upon check-in: a valid ID as proof of identification; a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in; sign a registration card for the condo rented.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Each residence can accommodate a specified number of guests. Upon reservation it is mandatory to give the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit. Guests should notified Lespri of any increase in the size of their party. Upon arrival you should fill the registration card with the names and ages of each member in your party. Lespri reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guests not respecting this policy. Each unit has a maximum occupancy that is not to be exceeded. If a number of people staying in the unit exceeds the maximum occupancy, the credit card on file will be charged an additional $25/day for each person beyond the maximum occupancy.

SMOKING
All units are non-smoking. Smoking penalty is $1,000.00. The fine will be charged to the credit card we have on file for your reservation.

ROOM KEYS
Return keys upon departure:
-Keys must be deposited at the front desk upon check-out. A charge of $75 per set of keys will be applied for any lost or stolen keys (including plastic keys).

SPECIFIC PROPERTIES
Please note that all Property Requests are Requests Only and specific units are not guaranteed. In the event of a necessary, unforseen move, Lespri reserves the right to provide alternate accomodations of equal or upgraded value.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend you take private travel insurance in case of sickness before your stay. The cancellation policy, change of date's policy, and modification policy apply to all reasons for cancellation. This includes cancellations due to reasons of sickness, accidents or death.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you authorize Club Lespri and/or Lespri Resorts to charge your credit card for any damages or theft that occur during your stay, for long-distance phone charges and housekeeping or house manager services incurred during your stay and for any applicable charges as outlined above.
